The $349.99 Pixel Watch is Google’s first attempt at a Wear OS smartwatch. It gets a number of things right, but it has definite growing pains. It ultimately feels like a fancier Fitbit. Most of its issues are fixable, so long as Google doesn’t kill it prematurely.
