This is a very quick, easy, inexpensive project that has so many possibilities - first of course make one for yourself to keep in your handbag for those emergency repairs; make one for your sewing friends as well. The Travel Sewing Kit is made completely in the 5x7 hoop in four color stops and approximately 6000 stitches in a single thread color.  The front can be made with cork or vinyl or leather, suede, leatherette or any similar sturdy no-fray natural or synthetic fabric. Pretty much any snap will work great: Kam snaps, metal snaps (I like size 20 or even smaller glove snaps or mini-anourak snaps), or halo snaps
